We believe in the power of women-led businesses to change everything around them – workplace culture, time and support for families, and impact in their communities. Women lead with purpose, and that purpose creates stronger local economies for all.
We believe in learning from those closest to the work and who we serve, challenging norms, bringing creativity, having fun and making friends along the way.

Malone Unlimited was born in 2024 after
several Tuesday night conversations, research, brainstorming and piloting ideas.

Claire Cole
Claire has spent her entire career consulting with non-profits and businesses helping them set up strong foundations to improve their operations and grow their revenue. She is a creative generalist that so far has not come across any problem that she can’t solve. You may see her walking her dog in Forest Park, teaching yoga at local institutions or working with children at Urban Montessori in Birmingham.

Avanti Paul
Avanti has over two decades of experience in strategy, operations and organizational development in the Healthcare and Financial Services Industry. After specializing in operational turnarounds, she transitioned to capital access with an equity lens. She owns an inclusive toy store, Presently Goods, and lives in Birmingham with her family.
