What are the terms of the investment?
The investment carries a three-year term with an interest rate equal to the greater of the applicable federal rate (AFR) compounded semi-annually or 4%.

How will this work?
You will sign a letter of intent to invest in our inaugural Social Impact fund here. Malone Unlimited will send the investment agreement for your signature one month before the fund launches. The agreement will require you to send your funds within one week of Malone Unlimited’s call for capital.
You will receive an investor statement, your distribution and fund performance reports semi-annually.

Malone Unlimited has researched and designed a growth fund that meets the needs of women-led businesses. It provides flexible financing with no credit enhancement requirements and coaching support to help women-led businesses thrive.
