We are on a mission to help women-led businesses grow.
In 2024, Alabama was home to over 180,000 women-owned businesses – a 17% increase since 2021, outpacing the 9% growth rate for male-owned businesses. Today, women lead 45% of all businesses across the state.
Yet only 5.5% of women-owned businesses reach $1 million in revenue and on average women generate just a quarter of revenue compared to men owned businesses.

We offer one-on-one assistance to grow your business to over $1m in revenue.
How does it work?
We start by meeting you to learn more about your vision and goals.
We then build (or validate) a financial growth model to align on what it takes to grow.
We meet with you weekly to help you solve, implement or build a strategy in three areas:
1. Top of mind priorities for you – to create capacity for you as the business owner
2. Operations – what processes need to evolve to be ready for growth?
3. Revenue – how do we ensure revenue growth?
Eligibility:
1. Your business has growth potential and proven market demand – this means you have customers and need help to keep up with the demand
2. Your annual revenue is under $1m
3. You are a women-led business
4. You are based in Alabama
